Aspen Is Getting an Insulin Pump!

This isn’t the first time Aspen has been on our blog. We also shared a glimpse into the days following her diagnosis, which she received in early January, here. We’ve gotta say this young lady is adjusting to life with type 1 diabetes pretty amazingly!

Her incredible family, who call themselves The Dale Tribe, are great at making sure Aspen feels supported and special as she continues to navigate the first year of her diagnosis. Their love and encouragement clearly have a tremendous impact on her, as she approaches with her diabetes with bravery and strength. Aspen barely even flinches when her nurse inserts her cannula!
