2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp allspice
4 eggs
4 tbsp canola oil
2/3 cup applesauce
1 cup low-fat buttermilk
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 3/4 cups pumpkin
