Diabetes Recipe: Southwestern Fried Catfish

Everyone needs a little fish in their diet but why not make it an all-time favorite with a healthy spin to it. Once again dlife’s Chef Michel Nischan gives us a delicious recipe for fried catfish with a southwestern spin.
