However, watch as this doctor dedicates her time to a clinic in the city that helps children manage diabetes through education, check-ups, free insulin, and free glucose meters. She has been focusing on children with diabetes ever since she had saved a child suffering from DKA. Teaming up with Novo Nordisk, it has been her mission to educate other physicians of the risks, symptoms, and preventative measures families need to take to manage diabetes.
