Christmas is right around the corner, and we’re sure everyone is busy finishing up their shopping, getting presents wrapped and stockings hung, and planning their holiday dinner. You might have holiday parties to attend or be trying to figure out how you’ll see all of our family members while maintaining your own traditions. The point? The holidays are great, but they’re also incredibly chaotic and they can come with a lot of stress.
One source of that stress comes from the holiday dinner we mentioned. Traditionally, people feast not just on Thanksgiving, but also into the New Year. We’re not just talking about the large spread you’ll find at your holiday dinner, but also the way goodies always seem to be around during this time of year. It can all be pretty hard to resist. But you don’t have to.
