It’s officially here: The Holiday Season. With that comes colder weather, lots of delicious treats, and plenty of time spent with your family and friends. That being said, if you have diabetes, you might find yourself struggling to stick to your management plan without feeling like you’re missing out or depriving yourself of your favorite treats. And if you feel that way, it’s a lot more likely that you will abandon that plan altogether. You might find yourself neglecting exercise or over indulging in the many sweet and savory options that seem to always be around near the holidays.
