The holidays are here, and if you’re anything like us, you couldn’t be more excited. However, there might be a little stressed wrapped up in that feeling. This time of year is often associated with parties, family gatherings, and plenty of hot cocoa. And while all of those things are pretty terrific, they’re typically accompanied by some dietary landmines that can be difficult to avoid.
