I have a major sweet tooth. And while I typically do a pretty good job of sticking to a well-balanced diet, if I start craving something sweet, it’s hard to think about little else until I’ve indulged… even if just only a little. And if it’s a special occasion like a holiday? It’s just that much harder for me to resist!
That being said, I constantly find myself searching for some diabetes-friendly sweet treats that will allow me to indulge my sweet tooth (in moderation, of course), without also sending my numbers soaring through the roof.
