The Most Thoughtful Super Bowl Bet You’ll Ever See — Chris Pratt and Chris Evans Gambled Quality Time Spent at Different Charities
Super Bowl XLIX pitted the New England Patriots against the Seattle Seahawks. But what you may not have known was that there was another competition going on. Between whom? Captain America vs. Star-Lord.
Chris Pratt (a Seattle Seahawks Fan), and Chris Evans (a New England Patriots fan) made a charitable wager on the Super Bowl — if the Seahawks won, Chris Evans would have to dress as Captain America and visit the Seattle Children’s Hospital; if the Patriots won, Chris Pratt would have to dress up as Star-Lord and visit Christopher’s Haven (of MassGeneral Hospital) in Boston.
By now, we all know which NFL team came out victorious. And, in effect, we know which actor lost his side of the bet. BUT, here’s the most important question: How did Chris Pratt handle it? In as few words as possible: like a champ.
So did Chris Evans, who, as you read in the tweets above, decided he too would dress up in character and bring smiles to kids’ faces in Seattle. Until then, check out the pictures of Pratt’s visit to Christopher’s Haven:
