The holidays are upon us, and while most of us are excited, there are also plenty of things that make this time of year more than a little stressful. Sometimes it seems as though all of the things we look forward to the most can be accompanied by their fair share of stress. From the hustle and bustle of the season to the delicious goodies that seem never ending and ever-present, things can be especially challenging if you have diabetes.
And while we aren’t, by any means, discouraging you from enjoying all of the fun activities and tasty treats that come with celebrating the most wonderful time of year, we do think it’s important to have a plan in place so that diabetes management remains a priority!
