The holidays are officially upon us, and many of you might find yourselves putting the finishing touches on your decorations, planning out menus, and figuring out sleeping situations as you plan to host your family’s celebration. However, for others, the holidays are spent traveling. Whether you’re taking a road trip to spend a few days with family, taking a train to visit friends, or flying to some far off location to get some rest and relaxation by yourself, traveling can be sort of a pain.
If you have diabetes, it can be significantly more complicated.
